I just became a patient at Spokane Valley Dental by Nightingale. They are absolutely wonderful. I am so happy with my decision! Every person I came into contact with was so nice, even the other patients in the lobby. I have a really big fear of the dentist and they were so comforting and understanding about my anxiety. They joked with me to ease the tension and I really appreciated it. I had been told by a different clinic that I needed a root canal. I decided to get a 2nd opinion before going through that and was referred to this office. After examining me, Dr. Jimmy was able to determine that a root canal wasn't necessary and there was a far better course of action to solve my problem. I really appreciate that he took the time to see if he could spare me the cost and discomfort of something I didn't need. I highly recommend them to anyone on the hunt for a great dentist office!

When I look for a dentist, my first priority is, are they knowledgeable and competent to treat me. Second do they genuinely care for their patients and keep them informed, before, during and after the process. My experience has been, absolutely yes! I have regular cleaning, I have had teeth pulled that need to be removed, I have had crowns made and installed in the same day. They have x-ray direct to computer. Ability to profile a tooth crown, make it, fit it in the office and install. All in one office setting. I've had 2 done. They have also modified my partial as necessary to accommodate changes. I am so Thankfull I found them and they have taken such good care of me!!! They do quality work!!! I'm in the golden years and I consider them as my friends. 😇 Gene Horlacher

The Care Coordinator, Alicia, demostrated she truly cared by patiently listening to my husband's dental story that led him to Nightingale. His former dentist office kept enlarging and the staff felt more and more distant. We are elderly and need a little more help understanding and managing our dental benefits. My husband's front tooth broke and Nightingale was quick to find an appointment for us and thoroughly investigated our dental plan so there would be no surprise billing. Nightingale showed compassion and a can-do attitude that the former office seems to have lost. We are ever grateful!

Everything went great from initial scheduling through the entire first appointment. Very professional. Up to date facilities and equipment. Unlike other practices I’ve been to, there was no push for “extra services/slash charges.” Just thorough evaluation and great cleaning. Highly recommend them. It does look like a fairly new building facility and signage is lacking, so finding it took an extra minute (not a big deal). I suspect they are working on that.
